[EMS] Lionheart Battle Shoulder GET!

Hi guys!

Remember when I've done the summer attendance for a full month on 16 characters? Back with that attendance, I could manage 15 Miraculous Positive Chaos Scrolls, 15 Unique Potential Scrolls and about 48 Suspicious Cubes.

As you might remember my summer post, the results were quite successful of using the Chaos & Potential Scrolls. However, I did not use my Suspicious Cubes, and tried to sell it the past few months. I couldn't manage to find many buyers because I didn't put much effort in the Free Market, until today. I set up a single-day shop permit and wham, sold all of the remaining cubes in several hours!

So, I finally managed to obtain a Lionheart Battle Shoulder with the profit from that hard work! Currently I have a whopping 6-Item Set with my Ribgol Sword, which is pretty amazing. Sure, the shoulderpad is still raw and slightly under average; however the stats does not matter since it'll all be decided by luck from the next Miraculous Positive Chaos Scrolls. I'll be working on it soon (I'll be working hard if the RED patch includes the full coin store).

That's it for this weekend, I see you guys again next post.

[EMS] Level 202, Alien Fragment Gear & Kanna Skill Link GET!

Hi guys! It has been a while since our last MapleStory post; I've been collecting and keeping several interesting topics until now. So, let's get to it.

First of all, I recently reached Level 202! I'm living on daily Red Leaf High runs for the experience. Though the event will retire next week, I still could manage two level ups after my Level 200 advancement! I'm quite happy about it, since the experience requirement for each level after Level 200 greatly increases, and a small push in the right direction is nice. My level up amount will drop dramatically in speed after this event, though.
As seen on my previous post about my Hayato Skill Link, I've been working my way to obtain a three-out-of-five item set for the Level 180 Alien Fragment equipment. I finally managed to obtain all three desired items. In combination with my Lionheart equipment and accessories such as Bunny Disguise 3, Explorer's Critical Ring, Kenta's Goggles and Perfect Red Rex Earring, it's a very nice combination of solid equipment with the right stat-expansions. Not to mention that I finally have over 40.000 HP!

Well, the Sengoku update is almost finished in MapleStory Europe; Kanna has recently been released and I managed to reach one to Level 70! An extra five percent of damage is always welcome. I still have to manage my skill link characters to Level 120 for the extra bonus on each skill links...

I'm looking forward to the next patch, which has been confirmed by Nexon Europe to be the Cygnus Returns update. Unfortunately RED has still to wait, yet a good reason to look forward to it even more. One thing that I've been really waiting for that will be released with Cygnus Returns, is the Soul Weapon (Boss Soul) system. When it will be released you can be sure that I'll hunt for the Mu Gong Soul (read: it will be another ridiculous hunt, similar to my Crazy Hyena, Soul Driver and Ribgol Sword progresses)! But I assume if you are not new here, you should be used to these. The buff looks in my opinion great and the bonus stats are amazing.

That's it for today guys, see you again next post!
Oh, by the way, we finally reached 2000 subscribers and Mario Party 7 - All Mini-Games has reached one point one whopping million views! I'll write a blogpost about those when I feel like it.

[YT] A look back at - Croc 2 Walkthrough

Let's take a look back at Luxatus Patella's Croc 2 Walkthrough. Here are some of the best moments from the walkthrough series.

Several facts about the series:
- Croc 2 Walkthrough is the first completed walkthrough since Luxatus Patella's comeback in 2012.
- It's the first walkthrough where Luxatus Patella made use of voice commentary.
- It's the first walkthrough from Luxatus Patella that covers a 100% score of the game.
- The entire series consists 15 parts, which covers 4 hours of gameplay footage.
- Croc 2 is one of Luxatus Patella's favorite childhood games. Not because the Swap Meet Pete is an odd guy.

[EMS] Hayato Skill Link GET!

A little bit late for my side, but I finally got the first level of the Hayato Skill Link! You'll receive it when you level a Hayato to Level 70 and choose a character to give this skill to.

The stats aren't really overwhelming or great as other Skill Links are, but every small increase is always welcome.

Oh, by the way - currently I'm trying to do the Alien Visitor Party Quest with several friends and I've already got myself an Alien Fragment Necklace. Two more items to go for a nice Item Set Effect of whopping 50 weapon attack and 10% HP/MP. I'm going to get the ring and belt to still make use of my Lionheart Battle Helmet and my Perfect Red Rex Earrings.

That's it for today, see you next post!

[Lego] Work in Progress: STAR WARS™ Hailfire Droid - Take 3

Return back to Project Overview.

As promised, here's an overview for the current progress with my custom Hailfire Droid.

First of all, the Hailfire Droid is now balanced! It can drive and stand on its own without any support. I've achieved this by using several different weight bricks. It was some trial-and-error, but I managed to pull this off. The back of the head isn't finished yet, so the balance has to be adjusted later on.

A close-up of the head.
I have edited a major part of its head. Currently there's a more decent shape. There's still some improvement left though, but that'll come later. I've placed some reinforcements, especially on the front opening near his eyes. Some black parts seen in the body will be replaced with brown/reddish brown parts.

The rocket barrels are somewhat finished, they are very similar to the one used in the original Hailfoire Droid set. I might replace the red rocket tips with purple ones, to match the real colour in the movies.

The folding system of the laser gun.
Note the right picture when the large
gray gun is pulled forward.
As my older update video, the laser gun really works and it's well integrated in the Hailfire. As you can see on the picture, the laser gun flicks forward and backward slowly by a motor when pushing on the red stick on the RC controller. I've used a specific technique with rubber bands that I've used various times before to avoid the motor to spin too far and break by torque.

The Hailfire Droid now has a rechargeable battery, this makes the usage of it a lot more convenient.
So, for now that's the overview! I'll admit that the Hailfire Droid will progress a lot slower than my Constructor, but heck, it is a real fun thing to play with.

Whoooooosh! Until next post!
